Project briefs
If you send the contact form, we keep your name, work email, company website, the problem you describe, the time we received it, and the fact that you agreed to this policy. We use it to reply and to decide whether the work fits. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train a public model.
When your submission succeeds, your brief is passed to our team through our configured intake service or email provider. These providers process the information needed to deliver your brief. We keep it to reply and follow up on the work you describe. If delivery fails, the form shows an error so you can retry or email us directly. Email myanh@thienphuce.com to request a copy or deletion.
Illustrative demo
The demo on the work page runs in your browser on fictional emails. Approving a draft does not send a message and does not create a server record of the sample.
Usage events
If you allow it, the site sends a named event to our own server: a service view, a demo view, a Business Brain page view, a booking click, or a form success or failure, plus the path of the page. The event does not include the text of your brief. If you decline, those events are not sent. The choice is stored in local storage on your device, not in an advertising cookie. There is no third-party analytics tag on this site.

What we do not do
We do not run advertising pixels. We do not ask the demo to call a paid model API. We do not log the body of a brief in application logs; delivery logs keep a reference id only.
